Create a C# program that reads data from a file and draws a graph

You have great deal of flexibility in this project.

You must let the user select a data file (using common dialog control) to read.

After reading the file, draw a graph of some kind to represent the data.

Examples:

• Read in sales for each month of the year and display a line or bar graph.
• Read in a file of a monthly budget. Draw a graph to show the percent for each category.
• Use any of these ideas or come up with your own idea that illustrates your ability to draw graphs.
• Make sure that you include all necessary files in the project folder.

The following are requirements:

The menu is in a standard Windows format with Exit, File, Open, etc. in the expected locations.	3
Code is clear, understandable, and efficient	3
Dialog boxes, parameters, and the results are used appropriately.	3
The project includes an About Box with correct information.	3
Uses a common dialog control to select a data file	3
The input file is read and a graph is created that is labeled and corresponds to the data.	8
At least 2 test files are included in the local directory.	3
