Hello world I'm talking about how to post to discussions.

in Blackboard.

When you start Blackboard and you select the course.

You'll be on the start page for my classes.

And then you click on discussions.

And you'll see discussion one introductions. Please read the instructions here, because once you click on this, you're not going to see the instructions anymore.

So it asks a few questions.

And then we click on discussions.

And this class hasn't started yet so there's nobody there, so I'm going to say create thread.

And...

I'm going to make the subject.

Professor Joy.

[Type my name]

I'm going to insert a picture.

And if we use these... I want to see the whole.

tool bar.

I'm going to...

Click on this button to insert an image.

And browse my computer.

And I've put a picture on the desktop so I can get to that picture.

And then, there's a button that says insert.

And that inserts the picture right there.

That's not an attachment, it isn't really safe to download attachments.

I'm also going to add

My website.

is

zebra0.com.

This is just a URL, this is not a link, nobody can click on that.

So I'm going to I highlight that.

Then go here to link.

Put in my URL.

And I'm going to say open in a new window.

for links, and then say zebra0.

And again.

Push this button that says insert, and you can see that's underlined now and somebody can click on that. They don't have to copy that URL and then paste it, it's an actual link..

And you can use these.

Tools to make a lot of the same choices that you have in.

A word processor.
